MEET KEVIN FELMLEE

Hi, I’m Kevin Felmlee. I got started in real estate back in 2002, buying and managing rental properties in Central Pennsylvania. What began as a side project turned into a full-time passion — and over the years, I built a solid portfolio through hands-on experience in buying, rehabbing, and managing real estate.

In 2018, I made a shift. Instead of continuing to acquire properties, I focused on building passive income through private lending. That decision allowed me to not only grow my own wealth but also support other investors by funding their deals and helping them succeed.

Along the way, I became deeply involved in self-directed IRAs and tax-advantaged investing. I’ve helped people set up Solo 401(k)s, HSAs, and other tools to build long-term, tax-efficient wealth — and I’ve had the opportunity to share this knowledge on stages across the country.
